Eclipse 2.1.1, first bugfix upgrade to Eclipse 2.1, should be released sometime today.  When it does, download from here.  If you think 2.1 is stable, take a look at the list of bugs fixed in 2.1.1.  While you are at it, take a look at the list of performance bugs yet to be fixed.  Eclipse project seems to be just humming along like a well-tuned machine.
