In a previous post on Zeroconf, I asked where Howl's source code was.  Ted Leung points out that he posted the link, but it got lost somehow in the linkfest.  Howl is a SourceForge project and it's source code is here.  Howl works on Windows and Linux and is licensed under BSD.  Go grab'em.
